1 cup of Malibu Rum Coconut-infused coffee (brewed and chilled)
1/4 cup of coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon of coconut syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Ice cubes
Shredded coconut (for garnish)
Preparation
Instructions:
Brew a cup of Malibu Rum Coconut-infused coffee using your preferred brewing method. Allow it to cool, then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill.
In a separate glass, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut syrup. Stir well until everything is fully incorporated.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour the chilled Malibu Rum Coconut-infused coffee over the ice cubes, filling the glass about 3/4 full.
Slowly pour the coconut milk mixture over the coffee and ice, allowing it to gently blend together.
Stir the mixture gently to combine all the flavors.
If desired, sprinkle some shredded coconut on top of the drink for added texture and presentation.
Give the drink a taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more coconut syrup or sweetened condensed milk if needed.
Serve the iced coffee immediately and enjoy the tropical flavors!
Note: Feel free to customize the recipe by adding whipped cream or a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top for extra indulgence. You can also experiment with adding a splash of vanilla extract or a dash of cinnamon to enhance the flavors further.
