Iced Rum Mocha

Ingredients


  • 1 cup of rum-infused coffee (brewed and chilled)

  • 1/2 cup of milk or cream

  • 2 tablespoons of simple syrup (or adjust to taste)

  • Ice cubes

  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)

  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of rum-infused coffee using your preferred brewing method. Allow the coffee to cool completely, then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill.

  2. In a glass, combine the chilled rum-infused coffee, milk or cream, and simple syrup. Stir well to ensure they are thoroughly mixed.

  3. Fill a separate glass with ice cubes.

  4. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice cubes, filling the glass.

  5. If desired, top the drink with a dollop of whipped cream.

  6. Sprinkle some chocolate shavings or cocoa powder on top of the whipped cream for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.

  7. Stir the drink gently to mix the flavors.

  8. Serve the iced coffee drink immediately and enjoy the delightful combination of rum-infused coffee with creamy goodness!
