Whiskey Aged Affagato

  • Whiskey Aged Coffee

  • Vanilla Ice cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare your espresso shot using an espresso machine or moka pot. If you don't have an espresso machine, you can also use a strong brewed coffee as a substitute.

  2. While the espresso is brewing, scoop one generous portion of vanilla ice cream or gelato into a serving glass or cup. You can use any other flavor of ice cream or gelato if you prefer.

  3. Once the espresso shot is ready, pour it slowly over the ice cream. The hot espresso will melt the ice cream and create a delicious combination of hot and cold.

  4. Serve the affogato immediately. You can garnish it with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce, if desired.

  5. Enjoy the affogato by eating the ice cream and drinking the melted coffee together. You can use a spoon or a straw to savor the flavors.


Note: Affogato is typically served in a small cup or glass, as it is meant to be consumed quickly. Feel free to adjust the quantities of ice cream and espresso to suit your taste preferences.
